La 28ª edición de los Critics Choice Awards tuvo lugar en el Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel de Los Ángeles el domingo por la noche.
La ceremonia anual honró el año en cine y televisión con "Everything Everywhere All at Once" de A24 como líder en las nominaciones cinematográficas con 14, mientras que "Abbott Elementary" de ABC lideró las nominaciones televisivas con seis. Se entregaron premios especiales a Janelle Monáe, quien recibió el premio #SeeHer, mientras que Jeff Bridges fue honrado con el Lifetime Achievement Award.
