Temporada de Premios 2026: Nominados a la 83ra entrega de los Golden Globe Awards

"One Battle After Another" lidera las nominaciones a los Globos de Oro 2026 , que se anunciaron temprano el lunes por la mañana.

La película de Paul Thomas Anderson obtuvo un total de nueve nominaciones, incluyendo mejor película, director y guionista. "Sentimental Value" obtuvo ocho, seguida de "Sinners" con siete, "Hamnet" con seis y "Frankenstein" y "Wicked: For Good" con cinco cada una. En las categorías de TV, The White Lotus encabeza la lista con seis nominaciones, seguida de Adolescence con cinco y Only Murders in the Building y Severance con cuatro cada una.

Marlon Wayans y Skye P. Marshall anunciaron los nominados de este año la madrugada del lunes en 28 categorías. Los Globos de Oro premiarán a lo mejor del año en cine, televisión y, por primera vez, en podcasts. Además de los premios a la mejor película y serie de televisión, los premios a la actuación en cine y televisión, y los premios a la dirección y al guion en cine, los Globos reconocen la mejor actuación de monólogos cómicos en televisión y, en cine, los logros cinematográficos y de taquilla.

Además de los premios competitivos, los Globos de Oro anunciaron previamente que Helen Mirren recibiría el Premio Cecil B. DeMille de este año y que Sarah Jessica Parker recibiría el Premio Carol Burnett. Tanto Mirren como Parker serán homenajeadas durante el especial de la Noche Dorada en horario estelar el jueves 8 de enero, en CBS y en streaming por Paramount+. Los Globos de Oro 2026, presentados por la maestra de ceremonias Nikki Glaser , se transmitirán en vivo el domingo 11 de enero a las 5 p. m., hora del Este/8 p. m., hora del Pacífico, en CBS y Paramount+.

“Everything Everywhere All at Once”, una aventura interdimensional, ganó el domingo el premio al mejor elenco en la 29ª edición de los Screen Actors Guild Awards. "Abbott Elementary", una comedia de situación sobre maestros en una escuela pública con fondos insuficientes, ganó la estatuilla al mejor conjunto de comedia de televisión, mientras que "The White Lotus", una mirada mordaz a los invitados más privilegiados en un centro turístico italiano, se llevó a casa el premio al mejor elenco en una serie de drama.

Quinta Brunson, Tyler James Williams, Angela Bassett, Ke Huy Quan, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Coolidge, Steven Spielberg, Michelle Yeoh, Julia Garner, Zendaya, Guillermo del Toro, Cate Blanchett y Austin Butler estuvieron entre los ganadores individuales.

La 80a edición de la ceremonia, que tuvo lugar en el Beverly Hilton y se emitió en directo en NBC y Peacock, fue presentada por Jerrod Carmichael. 

Este año se produjo un aumento en el número de premios otorgados, con la organización de los Globos de Oro The Hollywood Foreign Press Association dividiendo sus honores de actor de reparto y actriz de reparto en premios separados, por series de televisión en curso y series limitadas/anthology o películas de televisión. Anteriormente, las categorías de televisión de actuación de apoyo incluían contendientes de todas las categorías de programas antes mencionadas.

También durante el espectáculo, Eddie Murphy fue presentado con el Cecil B de 2023. Premio DeMille, mientras que Ryan Murphy aceptó el Premio Carol Burnett.

La transmisión de los Globos de Oro regresó a la NBC después de que la cadena se negara a emitirla el año pasado a raíz de una exposición del Los Angeles Times en 2021 que reveló que la HFPA no contenía miembros negros y que se había involucrado en una conducta poco ética y sospechaba prácticas financieras. Eso provocó un boicot de la industria del entretenimiento y también estimuló varias reformas de la HFPA, incluida la prohibición de que los miembros aceptaran regalos y la adición de 103 votantes internacionales (entre ellos, su humilde servidora).

La HFPA, que fue adquirida por Eldridge Industries y se convirtió en una entidad con fines de lucro, ahora tiene un grupo de votación que es 52 por ciento femenino y un 51,5 por ciento racial y étnicamente diverso. Temporada de Premios: Ganadores a la 74ta entrega de los Premios Emmy

La 74ª entrega anual de los premios Emmy finalmente concluyó su etapa de galardones después de una apretada transmisión de tres horas que vio a varios ganadores repetidos, junto con unas cuantas sorpresas.

Durante la ceremonia presentada por Kenan Thompson en el día de ayer, "Ted Lasso" de Apple TV+ ganó el premio a la mejor serie de comedia por segundo año consecutivo, "The White Lotus" de HBO Max se llevó la mejor serie limitada y "Succession" de HBO obtuvo el premio a serie dramática por segunda ocasión.
